AXN – Advanced X Network ("AXN", "we", "us") runs this website (axn-website.onrender.com). This policy explains what personal information we collect through the website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

2. What we collect
When you send a project request:
- your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number and company (phone and company are optional)
- the services you're interested in, your budget, timeline, current website and project details
When you create an account:
- your name, email address, and optionally your phone number and company
- your password, which we never store as written: only a one-way scrambled version (a "hash") that can't be turned back into your password
- the messages you exchange with our team about your requests
Automatically, to keep the website secure:
- your IP address and the time of sign-in attempts and form submissions, used to stop password guessing and spam
- a small security puzzle your browser solves to prove it isn't a bot; it contains no personal information
We do not collect payment card details through this website.
3. How we use your information
We use your information only to:
- reply to your requests, prepare quotes and deliver the services you ask for
- run your account and show you the progress of your requests
- contact you about your projects by email, phone or WhatsApp
- keep the website and your account secure and prevent spam and abuse
- meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations
We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone for their own marketing.
5. Services we use
To run the website we rely on a few trusted providers, who process data only on our behalf:
- Render (website hosting)
- Turso (database where requests and accounts are stored)
- Google Fonts (the website's typeface is loaded from Google's servers, which means your browser shares your IP address with Google when you visit)
These providers may store data on servers outside your country. We choose providers that protect data with industry-standard security.
6. How long we keep it
- Project requests and messages: for as long as needed to handle the request, and for up to 6 years afterwards for our business and tax records.
- Accounts: until you ask us to close your account.
- Security records (sign-in attempts and similar): a few days.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong (you can also update your details yourself under Profile in your account)
- delete your information or close your account
- stop using your information for a particular purpose
Email advanced.x.network@gmail.com and we'll reply within 30 days. If you're not happy with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
8. How we protect it
The website only works over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, accounts are protected against password guessing, and only authorised members of our team can see requests. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information and will tell you if a breach affects you.
9. Children
This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If we make important changes, we will let account holders know.
